You are donating to the non-profit Rockwall Heath Boosters. This sponsorship entitles you to receive an ad in the Softball Program. This is a fund-raising effort implemented through the use of volunteers (primarily parents and students) with the assistance of a professional printing company. As such, every effort is expended to ensure both the accuracy of the content within sponsorships as well as the artistic layout and creativity of each element and the overall magazine. Unfortunately, errors do occasionally occur in the process. The sponsor understands and agrees that the RHHS HBO is under no obligation to refund part or all of their donation or to make any other financial concessions if the resultant sponsorship is unsatisfactory, for whatever reason, fault, and/or negligence.
