Dear Mr. Tankersley:
This is to request a waiver to 7CFR Part 210.10 (f) regarding time of lunch periods. The request is for two early release days that will occur each school year, and we request that the waiver be effective as of November 1, 2001. The two early release days for our district school calendar are the last day of school before Christmas break and the last day of school at the year end.
