1. Entries close on 1st March 2018. No entries or changes will be accepted after that date.2. In groups of up to 6, the names of all competitors are required.
3. For CHOIRS and BANDS please state:
a. name of choir/band
b. name of musical director or conductor
c. number of performers
4. DATE OF BIRTH: if 18 or over you may write ‘A’ (or ‘S’ for senior). Age is as at 1st March 2018.
5. If you have an ACCOMPANIST please include name to assist with scheduling. Add separate note for any other scheduling requirements e.g. day/time preferences, sibling performers to be scheduled separately or together. We cannot guarantee to meet all your requirements but we will do our best.
6. POSTAGE: insufficient (e.g. ordinary stamp on large envelope) will delay your entry. Please enclose a stamped addressed C5 ENVELOPE (for A4 folded once) for receipt of your timing cards (a C5 envelope with an ordinary 1st class stamp is sufficient for up to about 10 entrants, otherwise you will need to use a large letter stamp).
7. Please ensure that you have read our Federation’s “Child Protection Policy” and the “Creating Safer Festivals for Everyone” document contained in the Syllabus and on our website. By completing and signing this entry form all parents / guardians / carers of entrants under 18 (and vulnerable adults of any age) confirm that they give (or have obtained) the necessary consents for the entrants to take part in the Festival.
8. All persons participating in the Festival do so at their own risk. The Festival Committee will not beliable for personal injury, theft or loss of personal possessions or damage thereto.
