By choosing to participate in the Floyd Artisan Trail Tour 2017, I understand that I will be required to be open to the public during the set tour hours. I will also assist with the tour promotion (i.e. – social sharing,putting signage up, and other marketing activities), I will collect visitor data(i.e. – sign in sheets with email addresses and zip codes), and I will turn in this data to the Floyd Center for the Arts to be used for following years’ tour.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

If your business is interested in sponsoring the 2017 Floyd Artisan Trail Tour, please complete this application with your contact information and select one of the options below.

_____ $500 Sponsorship–All printed, digital and radio promotional materials will include the business name and logo. Brochures will include a full panel ad for your business. The business website/social sites will be linked in as many ways possible to the tour website and facebook pages, as well as the Floyd Center for the Arts.
