Flower Mound Force HS Girls Team Rules
1. Treat ALL Coaches, Players, Parents, Officials, and Opponents with respect.
2. TEAM always comes FIRST.
3. Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects good sportsmanship at all times.
4. Report all injuries to the Coaching Staff.
5. Practice hard and work to the best of your ability at all times. It is okay to make mistakes.
6. Be at least 15 minutes early to all practices/meeting, stretched and ready to play with all of your proper equipment.
7. There will be a “Sticks Up” policy at every practice. Players will have their sticks up in ready position during drills, listening to coaches talking, and at ALL times during practice.
8. No talking when the coaches are talking. Players should be attentive at all times.
9. No foul language or inappropriate conversations at any time when with the team.
10. Be responsible with your social media. Think before you post.
11. Missing an unexcused game will result in the loss of an additional game.
12. 10PM curfew on Game Nights, the coaches reserve the right to call.
13. Be a good citizen in and out of school. Failure to do such can result in the loss of playing time or suspension.
14. Players will keep the practice/game fields clean and be responsible for collecting balls and putting away goals at the end of practices. Players will show respect for all practice and game facilities.
15. Party Rules are simple “If there is alcohol or drugs present at a gathering you are expected to leave. Failure to do so is not putting the TEAM first. Failure to do such can result in the player’s suspension from the TEAM. It should be noted that the LISD Extracurricular Student Code of Conduct regarding use of Alcohol, Drugs, Tobacco, and Hazing will be followed.
16. Any activity or conduct that the Coach and Board deems harmful or detrimental to the reputation of the program can be subject to disciplinary action under the LISD Extracurricular Code of Conduct.
17. Learn something new at every practice. Ask questions!!
18. All players must maintain passing grades per LISD Athletics Eligibility guidelines.
19. Email Coach Meridith at before you miss or are late to TEAM events, practices or games.
20. Always maintain a positive attitude towards coaches, players, officials, and yourself.
21. NO Palms UP. Always respect the officials and their rulings.
22. Lacrosse practice is like a vacation away from your personal life. Players should only focus on lacrosse when they step onto the field. Everything else can wait.
23. Communicate kindly with your teammates “on” and “off” the field.
24. Give the Coaches your BEST all the time!
