How does it feel to work in a male dominated industry? The male dominated industry is tough, one has to continuously prove that you are able to yourself and others. This takes hard work and lots of dedication, one has to be credible and earn respect from your male counterparts and continuously be on top of the game if not better.

What keeps you motivated? Sheer determination and the desire to succeed is what keeps me motivated. I personally hate failure or being seen as incompetent I take pride in what I do and all these factors keeps me motivated. Making a difference and accountability.
