Flores Announcement
Teachers, please remember to bring your favorite book and go have your photo made with Deb and Susan for their scavenger hunt with the students. You will have to do nothing for the scavenger hunt. They are simply asking you to:
- Bring your favorite book (or let them know and they’ll see if they have it in the library).
- If you don’t have a favorite book, bring a book you recently read and liked.
- Stop by the library with your book so theycan take your picture OR let them know you brought it and they’ll come to your room.

LHS Boys Soccer Tryout Announcement
BOYS SOCCER TRYOUTS ARE COMING UP!
Date: Tuesday Nov. 27 - Thursday Nov. 29
Location: Harmon Campus Athletic Field
Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Students will need a completed physical and a printout of their most recent grade report. The grade report can be found in Skyward and printed by you, the student.

LHS Drivers Education Announcement
THE second most anticipated time of the year is here!!! Winter 2019 drivers Ed applications are in the main office through Friday, January 11, or you can find them on-line. To qualify, remember you must be at least 15 by Jan 23, 2019, and must be able to make the afterschool classes at LHS Main. YOU MUST HAVE GOOD ATTENDANCE! You can take the shuttle, but you MUST be able to find a ride home! Get an application from the front office for all dates.
LHS Varsity Football Playoff Ticket Announcement
The Lewisville Farmers will take on Keller High School @ C.H. Collins Stadium in Denton this Friday, November 16th @ 7:00 p.m. Playoff tickets will be available for sale in the office during lunch time today. Tickets will sell out quickly. Do not wait until Thursday to get your tickets. Also, there is a $3.00 parking fee at C.H. Collins Stadium in stadium!
Student Tickets $3.00/ Adult Tickets $6.00 / Tickets at the door will be $8.00
**Reminder for Staff**
LISD ID’s will not be accepted as admission to the playoff game.
Any staff wishing to attend the playoff game will need to purchase an adult ticket.
Kindness Announcement
As we approach the much-anticipated Thanksgiving Break, the Kindness Ambassadors invite you to stop by our table in the main hallway today to participate in our Giving Tree! Come by to receive a leaf of encouragement or take a minute to “leaf” a note of encouragement for others to receive!! You can even grab a leaf and deliver it to someone else!
Let’s spread leaves of kindness throughout the school and be thankful for our upcoming break!
Also, today’s challenge is to OPEN OR HOLD THE DOOR AND THANK SOMEONE FOR HOLDING THE DOOR OPEN.
Open Gym Block Lunch Announcement
Today during block-lunch we will have basketball during open gym. Remember that food and drink are not permitted in the gym at any time.
