Thank you for choosing Twin Bridges to host your tournament or outing. Our goal is to provide you and your guests with the finest service and to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. We present the following to assure this is possible. We are aware that the list below seems like a long page of Do’s and Don’ts, but we feel that it’s important to bring these items to your attention so you and all the groups following you in the weeks to come enjoy the same fine facility and service all year round.
Outing Rules and Regulations

All players are required to purchase green fees. We must know the exact number of players seven days in advance. No refunds for players that do not show.
We enforce the Kentucky State Law that prohibits groups and/or individuals from bringing alcoholic beverages to our course. (Every effort will be made to accommodate your event while keeping the safety of your guests in mind).
The chairperson is responsible for informing players of these rules and regulations. Players are expected to follow course rules and golf etiquette. Players will be responsible for any and all damage to assigned golf cart.
Werequire a $500.00 deposit to ensure the date of your outing. Please submit said deposit with your completed contract. Please be aware that the $500.00 deposit is non-refundable.
Twin Bridges Golf Clubwill provide catering through Mulligans Bar and Grill. We will make the arrangements for your outing if catering is required. The pavilion area can be reserved on a first come/first serve basis. There is a $150.00 fee for the use of these facilities. Please note that no one under the age of 17 years of age is permitted to lease and/or drive a golf cart, also for the safety of your guests, the weather and the course superintendent determine cart path rules.
Our golf facility does not impose a fee per player for usage in the golf shop; therefore, we urge your golf outing to support our pro shop. We stand behind our products and will be there when you need us. Thank you for your consideration.
