Thank you for sharing your children with First School of Elon this past school year.
We hope that you have been as excited and pleased about our program as we have been.
The purpose of this letter is to invite you back for the 2017/2018 school year and to give you some informationabout next year's program.
Since you are currently enrolled, you are being given first consideration for the upcoming year:
All classes being offered and their monthly tuition fee are:
One-year-old class - One year of age as of 8-31-17 9:00a.m- Noon $155.00
Monday/Wednesday ORTuesday/Thursday
Two-year-old class- Two years of age as of 8-31-17 9:00a.m- Noon $155.00
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Two-year-old class-Two years of age as of 8-31-17 9:00a.m- Noon $205.00
Monday- Friday
Three-year-old class - Three years of age as of8-31-17 9:00a.m- Noon $155.00
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Three-year-old class- Three years of age as of 8-31-17 9:00a.m- Noon $195.00

Four-year-old class - Four years of age as of8-31-17 9:00a.m- Noon $195.00

Please complete the attached registration form, and return it to the First School office along with your registration fee of $80.00:($70.00 if you are a member of First United Methodist Church, Elon) before February 10, 2017.
Registration fees are nonrefundable should you decide to withdraw your child from First School.
In order for your child’s application to be FULLY COMPLETEDthe pre-paid advancetuition for May 2018is DUE IN FULL by May12, 2017.Without this paymentyou will forfeit your child’s spot to the next person on our waiting list.
PrePaid May 2018fees are nonrefundableshould you decide to withdraw from First School.
Due to rising costs of classroom materials, field trips and fuel cost
First School is forced to charge a supply fee of $100.00 per child.
A partial payment of ½ is due by Sept. 30th, 2016.
The balance is due by January 31, 2017.
All Checks should be made payable to First School of Elon.
Please indicate your child's name on the check in the memo section.
If your registration check is deposited, your child has been accepted into our program.No information can be given out until notification has been sent to all applicants. If by March 24th your check is still outstanding please feel free to contact Ms Lenore as to whether or not we are able to accept your child into our program. We know that enrolling your child in preschool is very important to you, in return, please give us your cooperation and understanding. If we are not able to accept all applicants or provide them with their first choice of class, a waiting list will be maintained to be used in filling vacancies which may arise throughout the school year.
We are not able to honor requests for specific teachers. We make every effort possible to hire teachers of the highest caliber, and therefore feel confident that your child will be in excellent hands no matter which teacher they are assigned. Please see Ms Lenore with any questions in this matter.
Every effort will be made to put your child in a class with at least one child he/she knows. Please be aware that it is not always possible to honor these requests. One of our main goals is to help children to make new friends, be social and independent. So we ask that you please be willing to give your child that opportunity.
If you are interested in a scholarship for next year you must ask the Director for the forms.
If you are currently receivinga scholarship, you will need toreapply for 17’/18’ school year; however, the funding for scholarships is dependent upon donations from various organizations.
Scholarship students will also need to pay a full registration,May 2018 pre-paid tuition & the 17/18 supply fees in FULL.
These fees will be due May 12, 2018 for you as well. Scholarship forms must be submitted by March 17, 2017.
If not received, unless other arrangements made, you will also forfeit your child's spot in our program.
