Business Meeting
FC-Catherine Dudley-Fruit arrangement has been sent to the Alner Family from Flotilla 26. Grace Alner wife of long time member Ralph Alner has buried Ralph in his Auxiliary uniform for all his love admiration and dedication to the USCG Auxiliary.
Attended ROC session (Regional Operation Command ) Very important to go if you are an instructor. The Correct training and rules for boat safety class instructors is available at ROC. It is very important for instructors to recurrent with correct information so that we may continue to have Boat Safety courses.
VFC Bob McNamara-Represented Flotilla with condolences spoken at Ralph Alner Funeral Service.
Attended District Conference in Mystic and all courses attended are very useful and was a productive conference.

FSO-SO-Peter Wilps- Please report all hours in order for correct time to be submitted. Hours are very significant for Flotilla 26 and only 60% of members follow through in timely fashion.

Budget to donate $100 to Monmouth Beach Cultural Center
Coast Guard Mutual assistance donation in May.

May 7,2011 Irwin Marine Boat Safety Class will be conducted.

FSO-PV Bill Silasi- $ PV’s in Flotilla 26, Please submit all completed PV Visits to Bill and Peter Wilps.
FSO-VE Bob Hook Decals handed to all VE’s Please submit all completed VE inspections to Bob Hook and Peter Wilps.
FSO-NS Bob McNamara- Please submit 7030 to Peter Wilps in order for us to get the correct credit.

Admiral Neptune would like to train on higher level
Looking to recruit to Boating public to grow the CGAUX membership program there has been a 25% loss in facilities & Crew
New Mentor Program for Boat Crew Trainees
Coast Guard Mutual Nonprofit provides assistance to CG & CGAUX
SAR Competition to be held Jul 16 in Connecticut
Looking for all input on Strengths & Weakness for all AUX programs please advise division so that we can perfect all AUX programs.
