TUITION

Kindergarten – 6th Grades:

First Child per Family: $5,300.00

Second Child per Family: $4,240.00

Third Child per Family: $3,710.00

Willo-Hill Baptist Church families and full-time pastors will receive a 10% tuition reduction

for the first child in a family and a 5% tuition reduction for the second or third child in a family.

FEES

NON-REFUNDABLE

1.  Application Fee:

New Student: $75 per student, accompanied with Student Application.

Returning Student: $50 per student if paid by March 31, 2017 and submitted with the Student Application

and Admittance Agreement. After March 31st, the fee is $75.

The Application Fee covers the cost of accumulating/maintaining student records in School Dynamics as well as covering the cost of correspondence to city, county and state education agencies.

If placement testing is needed, a $40 Placement Fee may be required.

2.  Resource Fee:

Kdg to 6th Grade: $250 per student

New Student: Due at enrollment.

Returning Student: Due at enrollment or no later than June 30, 2017.

The Resource Fee covers textbooks, technology, student insurance, miscellaneous supplies and teaching supplements not covered by State Auxiliary Funds.

3.  Activity Fee:

Kdg to 2nd Grade: $50 per student

3rd to 6th Grade: $75 per student

The Activity Fee must be submitted at time of enrollment or no later than July 31, 2017.

Fee covers field trips, special end-of-year events, and school yearbook.

NOTE: Application and enrollment processes are not completed until

all fees are paid in full and essential paperwork is submitted.

FINANCIAL POLICY

(Kindergarten-6th Grades)

1.  Tuition and fee commitments are for the full school year.

A pro-rated refund may be given for the following reasons: Medical, moving out the county/state, and academic accommodations that cannot be fulfilled (Principal approved).

A full refund of tuition may be given if the student is withdrawn or dismissed within the first 15 school days. (NOTE: This refund excludes all fees.)

2.  Tuition does not include the Application, Resource and Activity Fees.

3.  Tuition and Fees must be paid on the dates specified on the “Tuition and Fee Schedule.”

4.  Tuition payment options:

¨  Option A: Payment In Full

Full payment of tuition made to Willo-Hill Christian School by July 31, 2017 will receive a 1% discount. Payment in full thereafter is not eligible for the discount.

¨  Option B: 10 Monthly Payment Plan

10-month (August to May) tuition payment plan requires the use of Smart Tuition, the financial institution used to manage tuition billing and payments. Smart Tuition requires a yearly service fee of $50.00. Payments are made directly to Smart Tuition.

¨  Option C: 60/40 Payment Plan

60% payment of tuition is due by July 31, 2017, and 40% payment of tuition is due by January 31, 2018. Payments are made directly to Willo-Hill Christian School.

5.  No student will be admitted until the charges from the previous school year are paid in full.

6.  A $20.00 late charge will be assessed on all overdue balances. Any account that becomes 40 days delinquent will result in dismissal of student(s) until the account is brought current. Report Cards, records and transcripts will not be released until arrangements have been made to bring the account current.

7.  A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for each returned checks (NSF).

8.  A 3% processing fee will be assessed when using a credit card for payment.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

·  Age requirements: Must be 3 years old by September 30th in order to enroll in the Pre-K3 program.

Must be 4 years old by September 30th in order to enroll in the Pre-K4 program.

·  Must be toilet-trained.

·  Core academic days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday and Friday are more socially structured while still reinforcing lessons previously taught.

·  Follows Willo-Hill Christian School calendar with regards to scheduled days off (holidays, breaks, and summer vacations) as well as being closed due to inclement weather (Snow Days) and unforeseen emergencies.
