Consequences of Winning/Losing the group game.
- First and foremost . . . “Bragging Rights” are at stake.
- The Board Members of the losing club will sing the fight song of the opposing club’s high school. This singing will take place as the “fun song” at a Rotary meeting held at the winning club’s lunch location.
Definitions and Rules
A “qualifying guest” is defined as a person that is a realistic potential new member of the club.
The same person only counts one time as a guest
It does not matter if guests have come previously to a meeting as a guest. They still count if they are a potential member.
Clubs and Club Members are on the “honor rule” for determining if a guest is a potential member.
Points for guests and new members awarded up to April 15th.
New members must be proposed, accepted, and announced to the club by April 23rd to count.
Members and friends/family are welcome to participate in the game. In other words, it is open to all.
Rotary members may enter multiple brackets.
The respective membership chairs are responsible for clarifying any uncertainties regarding the rules.
