PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

A light bodied flavor base, deep yellow in color. Provides characteristic egg note, which is typical in a French Custard type product.

INGREDIENT STATEMENT:

Corn Syrup, Egg Yolks, Glycerin, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Water, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate as Preservatives, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.

STORAGE AND HANDLING REQUIREMENTS:

Product is to be transported in a clean/dry watertight carrier under ambient (35° - 75° F) conditions.

Product packed in pails should be stored under refrigerated (35° - 40° F) conditions.

SHELF LIFE:

6 months, unopened, under recommended storage conditions.

KOSHER STATUS: OU-D, Certificate available upon request.
