Fingerprint applicants must follow these guidelines:

1.  Register prior to going to the fingerprint site.

2.  Payment

Department of Education: $28.75

Pay by credit card online at time of Registration

Or

Bring a Money Order Payable to 3M Cogent Systems for exact amount (only one money order can be accepted per transaction). Please write your name and phone number in the ‘From’ section.

These are the only forms of payment accepted. Fingerprinting operators cannot accept cash or credit card payments.

3.  What to bring to the Fingerprinting Site

Bring your Registration ID Number

Photo ID (current, valid and unexpired)

Minors must have a parent/guardian present during fingerprinting

– see enclosed list of accepted ID and complete instructions for minor identification-
