Fine & Country Open 14 New Offices in 90 Days!

Global estate agent Fine & Country has opened 9 new offices in 90 days as part of its growth strategy for 2012. As one of the few businesses expanding during harsher economic climates, the new offices show the continued strength and appeal of the Fine & Country brand and the continued buoyancy in the upper quartile of the property market.

The new UK offices are in Thames Ditton in Surrey, central Cambridge, North Lincolnshire, Market Harborough in Leicestershire, Coombe in Wimbledon, central Windsor in Royal Berkshire, Rotherham, Plymouth, plus a new international office in Cascais, Portugal. All offices will be fully operational by the beginning of November.

Specialising in the marketing and sale of luxury residential property, each office will concentrate on homes in the upper-quartile of the market that are distinguished by their individual character or location.By combining local expertise with the international network support of over 300 offices, Fine & Country have been consecutively awarded ‘Britain’s Best Prestige Property Estate Agent’ by the Sunday Times in 2011 and 2010.

Cascais, Potugal - Headed up by Charles Roberts and Nuno Durao (previously an international rugby player with 44 caps for Portugal), the company will focus on finding buyers and sellers nationally and internationally in the areas they know intimately, namely Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril, Sintra, the Blue Coast and the Silver Coast.

The office will be one of a growing network of international licensees currently operating in South Africa, Bahamas, Egypt, Isle of Man, Qatar, Spain, Dubai, Channel Islands, West Africa, Mauritius, Malta and Namibia,

Thames Ditton–The proprietors are already established experts in waterside properties in the areas along the Thames between Kew and Windsor such as the locality surrounding HamptonCourtPalace. The business already enjoys an enviable property stock of beautiful riverside properties and is run expertly by Paul Daniell and Paula Gregory-Dade.

North Lincolnshire–Within the region we will be operating five Fine & Country offices within an existing estate agency operation; DDM Residential. Throughout the region DDM are already market leaders, providing a unique combination of a well established brand heritage with a team that has boundless enthusiasm and talent, headed up by Graham Wilson.

Cambridge–Set up by the brand licensor, the flagship Cambridgeoffice heralds a return to the company’s roots. The brands administrative and design team have traded locally in Cambridge since it’s inception. The property team headed-up by Director Mike Bidwell has over 100 years of combined local market knowledge. The new office will represent homes up to Huntingdon in the north, Bishop’s Stortford to the south, Bedford to the west and Newmarket to the east.

Market Harborough - Leicester Tiger Rugby stars Geordan Murphy and Martin Castrogiovanni helped cut the ribbon at the Market Harborough launch to unveil some of Britain’s best kept property secrets. Run by managing partner Andrew Marshall, who has over 14 years’ experience, he is excited to be offering fantastic houses in the ‘go-to’ place for surrounding villages and beyond, typified by there unique use of local Northamptonshire stone.

Plymouth - Andrew Blacklock and Helen Moore who run the office offer both sales and lettings, specialising in trendy city centre penthouse apartments, detached Victorian style homes, country and coastal properties. It will be headed by Nigel Simpson and Martine Mansurian with twenty five years experience in the area,alongsideSimon Levene, Managing Director of Levene Property Group, as Chartered Surveyors. Windsor– Thomas Plant from BBC’s Bargain Hunt will help launch our Royal Berkshire office, enjoying a prime location on Park Street sitting opposite the WindsorCastle gates. This stunning office is aptly draped in royal history and period charm as a former ballet school, now renovated to the highest possible standards. Brian Warren will manage the office, hoping to use over 30 years of local expertise to bring in young couples and families migrating from the west of London along the M4 to find a town that has everything to offer. Rotherham - Fine & Country Rotherham will be headed by Claire Shipman, an experienced local property professional. The business will provide sales, lettings, as well as financial services including mortgage advice and property management for landlords.
