Finalized Minutes for NSCF, Mechanicsburg Chapter Meeting held 17 FEB 2015
I. Treasurer’s Report
1. Discussion of the financial requirements and forecast were discussed.
a. End of January 2015 balance of NSCF-Mech checking account: $8,607.68
b. $6K originally loaned out to the Navy Supply Corps Ball Committee has been paid back to the NSCF-Mechanicsburg chapter treasurer.
II. Previous Events:

a. Jake’s Wayback Burgers – Revenue $168.06
III. NSCF-Mechanicsburg Chapter Presidential Election
1. At time of meeting; over 50 votes have been received. Winner to be announced at Supply Corps Ball, 20 FEB 2015
IV. Upcoming Events: NSCF
1. The celebration of the 220th Supply Corps Birthday is being led by NAVSUP Headquarters. Final discussion was held and no further action is required by the Supply Corps Foundation.
2. The next Professional Development Tour is set for 20 MAR 2015 at VOLVO-MACK. The Action Officer is LT Luke Przysiecki. RSVPs are due by 17 MAR 2015. Transportation is being coordinated by the Action Officer.
3. The 2015 NSCF-Mechanicsburg Spring Auction will be held on 15 May 2015 at the Susquehanna Club. BSC is coordinating this event and the Action Officer is LCDR Albert Sonon. The plan is to commence advertising this event on 15 MAR (8 weeks prior to event). Action Officer is looking for a representative from each command to collect money for tickets.
V. Upcoming Events: Other
1. On 27 FEB 2015, there will be another opportunity to attend the 220th Navy Supply Corps Ball, hosted by the Philadelphia Chapter. More details can be found at the NSCF-Philadelphia web page: https://www.usnscf.com/Philadelphia/
2. Phil-Mech games are officially scheduled and will be hosted by NAVSUP Philadelphia on April 23rd and 24th. Action Officer for Mechanicsburg is LCDR Angela Watson. Save the date e-mail is currently in circulation with POCs for each event.
3. The NMCRS Golf Tournamt will be a 2-day event this year on Friday June 5th and Saturday June 6th. A committee has been formed and dates are firm. Event to be held at Carlisle Barracks Golf Course.
VI. Open Discussion / Closing Remarks
1. Next meeting is tentatively scheduled for the week of 23 MAR 2015.
2. NSCF-Mechanicsburg elections were discussed. The Presidential vote is mostly complete, but with several other key personnel transferring; most Board Member positions nominations will be open in the very near future. Board Member position voting will commence about the second week of March 2015 starting with nominations. Goal is to be complete with voting by 31 MAR 2015. Notifying email to be sent out early March
3. This was CAPT Re’ Bynum’s last meeting as the NSCF-Mechanicsburg Chapter President
