Anyone is welcome to ask questions and participate in the discussion but only established committee members are eligible to vote. The Special Events Committee is comprised of 7 to 12 GQA members. To be eligible for Committee membership (and voting privileges), you must be a Gaslamp Quarter Association member in good standing and have attended a minimum of three Special Events Committee meetings. To apply for Committee membership, you must contact the Committee Chair. Quorum: A quorum is established when there are 50% +1 voting committee members in attendance. An item cannot be voted on unless the committee has a quorum. Proxy votes by email do not count towards quorum.
