FORMAT: Best Ball will be played at White Oak Golf Course, using strokes where they fall.
Scramble- will be played at Newnan Country Club using one-half of combined team handicaps.
Flights – will consist of eight (8) teams with four (4) places to be awarded. The team with the lowest net score will be the Champions and be lifted from their respective flight.
HANDICAP: September 15, 2017 HCP Revision will be used. The maximum individual index allowed is 32. No more than 10 stroke differential for the team will be used. Should the differential exceed 10 strokes, the higher handicap will be reduced.
ENTRY DEADLINE Friday, September 15, 2017 at noon
ENTRY: The tournament will be limited to the FIRST 112 COMPLETE TEAM ENTRIES (2 players per team). The entry fee is $ 300.00 per TEAM. Notification of tournament acceptance will be sent by e-Mail. If the field is full (112 approved Team applications), a wait list will be prepared. Should a vacancy occur, the team(s) with the earliest received application on the wait list will fill the vacancy. E-Mail will be used to notify the wait list team(s) of their acceptance into the tournament. All checks received from potential applicants who did not make the tournament field will be shredded and securely destroyed.
CANCELLATION: Entries CLOSE September 15, 2017. Any cancellations must be received by Patti McDonald prior to noon Friday, September 15, 2017, in order to receive a full refund. No flight changes will be made after Friday, September 15, 2017. Patti McDonald may be contacted via cell (404-583-7220) or e-Mail (). Please know if your partner cancels, it will be a team withdrawal. They cannot be replaced.
FEE INCLUSIONS: Cart & Greens Fees, Range Balls (both days), Monday Night Welcome Reception Dinner, Prizes, Tee Gift and Awards.
