Entries open April13. Early entries will be acceptedbut treated as those postmarked 4/13. Entries postmarked after that date, will be accepted in order of postmark date. Classes may be limited; entries close when our limits have been met. You will be notified if our limits are exceeded and you will be given the option of being placed on a waiting list. We may accept third dogs in Open(only two may place), but wereserve the right to limit you to two, should entries warrant. Please indicate on the entry form which dog is to be dropped should this happen. We will collect money for third dogs the day of the trial should they be accepted, or you may send a separate check for third dogs.

Thursday - NEBCA Novice Trial (one run for each class, run in this order: Nov/Pro/Ranch/Nursery1)

Friday through Sunday – 2 Open Trials over 3 days, Nursery 2 run will follow Open I Saturday

Start times will depend upon entries received. Cancellations with a full refund will be accepted through June 20th. Should you have to withdraw from the trial after that date, please notify us, as your spot may be replaced with someone on the waiting list.

Lodging:

Camping space will be provided on the trial site. There are no hook-ups. Bring water for your personal use. Local lodging establishments are posted on the NEBCA trial listing.

Food: Friday evening there will be an informal pizza party under the tent, beverages provided, donations appreciated. Please indicate if you are interested, only for a rough head count.

Saturday evening we will have acatered BBQ. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to attend. Dinner fees must accompany entry form. Concessions for breakfast and lunch will be availableeach day.

Directions – we are about 15 miles from Interstate 81. (GPS users: use our home address on registration form but follow my directions if you are towing or have a large rig)

…from I81 Southbound: Get off at the third Cortland exit (Polkville), #10, and get onto Route 11 South (to avoid Cortland and a few large hills if you’re pulling a trailer or whatever). Go approximately 7 miles and turn right onto Route 392 West, as if going to Greek Peak Ski Resort. Travel 7 miles into the small town of Virgil. At the 4-way stop, turn left, continuing on Route 392. Take the second left out of town, Owego Hill Road. Go one mile and take a left at the stop sign. The entrance to the trial field is about ¼ mile on your right.

…from I81 Northbound: Get off at the Marathon exit, #9 and get onto Route 11 North (to avoid hilly back roads). Go about 4 miles and take a left onto Route 392 West, as if going to Greek Peak Ski Resort. Travel 7 miles into the small town of Virgil. At the 4-way stop, turn left, continuing on Route 392. Take the second left, Owego Hill Road (this road is between two big arrows pointing out the curve to the right). Go one mile and take a left at the stop sign. The entrance to the trial field is about ¼ mile on your right.

…from Ithaca and points west: Take Route 13 into Dryden. At the light go straight putting you onto Route 392 East, as if going to Greek Peak Ski Resort. Travel approximately 5 miles and take a right turn onto Owego Hill Rd. Go one mile and take a left at the stop sign. The entrance to the trial field is about ¼ mile on your right.

…from Owego and points south: Take Route 38 North, turn right onto Daisy Hollow Rd. after the small town of Hartford. Keep on this road for about 5 miles. It comes to a stop; go straight for about one mile. The entrance to the trial field is on your right.
