Latchkey and Early Care space is limited. Spots will only be held with completion of enrollment. Drop off Latchkey may be available based upon space and prior notification at $15 per session.

Fees

Registration Fee*:$300/student for registrations completed by 3:00 p.m., March 30, 2016

$400/student for registrations completed after 3:00 p.m. March 30,

2016, and before 3:00 p.m. June 10, 2016

$500/student for registrations completed after 3:00 p.m., June 10, 2016

Building Fund (Grades N3 – 12): $2,000.00 per family

Security Fee (all grades): $250.00 per family

*Registration Fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of registration.

Financial assistance requests MUST be made through FACTS no later than April 8, 2016. All required documentation, including tax returns, MUST be submitted by May 9, 2016. Late or incomplete applications for financial assistance will NOT be considered and any possibility for receiving financial assistance will be forfeited.

If financial assistance is offered, parents will have the option to accept or appeal by June 30, 2016. Failure to respond by this deadline will forfeit the award and the parents will have the option to pay full tuition or withdraw.

When final financial assistance awards are offered, parents will have the option to accept by July 29, 2016. Failure to respond by this deadline will forfeit the award and the parents will have the option to pay full tuition or withdraw.

Upon acceptance of a financial package, all families must make payments through FACTS Tuition Management System and enter a valid checking account routing number (no processing fee will be charged) or credit card number (a 2.75% processing fee per credit card payment will be charged). You will have an option to pay in full up front or pay in nine (9) equal installments beginning August 1, 2016.
