The Fall River Fire Museum, Inc. is soliciting Antique and Modern Fire Apparatus to participate in a Static Display at our Show on Sunday, June 3, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., at the Old Colony & Fall River Railroad Museum grounds – 2 Water Street,

Fall River, MA. Please see attached flyer for more details.

Awards will be given in the following categories:

 Best in Show – Fire Department & Privately Owned  Best Hand/Horse Drawn  Longest Distance Driven

 Longest Distance Trailered  Oldest Fire Apparatus  Viewers Choice

Note: All participants will receive an Event Dash Plaque. In-service apparatus will not be awarded.

Rules and Regulations:

 All fire apparatus MUST ARRIVE prior to 9 a.m.

 Electricity will not be provided. Use of generators/locations will be at the discretion of the Old Colony & Fall River Railroad Museum on the day of the event.

 Canopies, tables and chairs will not be provided. Use of canopies and tables will be at the discretion of the Old Colony & Fall River Railroad Museum on the day of the event.

 No dogs, bikes, rollerblades, skateboards, alcoholic beverages or illegal substances will be permitted on the premises.

 All fire apparatus must have proof of insurance, working ABC or BC fire extinguisher and must use chock blocks when fire apparatus is parked.

 All owners or operators are responsible for containing, clean up and removal of any and all hydrocarbon leaks or spills from their fire apparatus.

 No fire apparatus will flow water without the permission of the Old Colony & Fall River Railroad Museum.

 Muster will commence rain or shine no refunds.

Fire Apparatus Registration Fee Information:

Fire Apparatus Registration Fee: $10.00/Fire Apparatus prior to May27, 2012 or $15.00/Fire Apparatus on day of the event. Please register early as space is limited and may not be available on the day of the event. In-service apparatus are exempt from registration fee.

 Fire Apparatus Registration Fee must accompany Fire Apparatus Registration Form and can be mailed to the Fall River Fire Museum, 1181 North Main Street, Fall River, MA 02720. For multiple entries, please use separate Fire Apparatus Registration Forms.

 Please make checks payable to the Fall River Fire Museum, Inc.. Cash is accepted.

 All Fire Apparatus Registration Fees to benefit the Fall River Fire Museum. Thank you for your support.
