Fall 2017 Music Scholarship Application Instructions

To apply for a scholarship from the School of Church Music, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Music Scholarships are available to music students who have a tuition balance of $2,000 or more after the Cooperative Program Scholarship and financial aid has been credited.
  • The Music Scholarship covers tuition only.
  • You must be receiving a scholarship from Financial Aid.
  • Attach the following information to the application

  • Fall 2017 Financial Aid Letter
  • Fall 2017 Schedule
  • Incomplete schedules will not be accepted!
  • Fall 2017 Registration Statement
  • Incomplete statements will not be accepted!
  • Enrollment requirements
  • Bachelor Students – must be enrolled for 12 or more hours
  • Master’s Students – must be enrolled for 9 or more hours
  • Doctoral Students – enrolled in seminars
  • Payment procedures
  • Make payment arrangements with the Business Office prior to thefall semester payment due date ofThursday, August 24, 2017
  • If you are eligible for the Music Scholarship, funds will be applied after Friday, September 8, 2017
  • Scholarship recipients must be available to serve as ushersat the following events. The exception would be if you are participating in the performances:
  • Messiah Concert (Thursday, November 2)
  • Keyboards and Carols at Christmas (Friday, December 8)
