EMPOWERING: Teachers and principals must be able to choose and participate in supports that are most aligned to improvement of their practice. / -Identifies why the presentation is needed for teachers and their students

Director:
DLD Review team:
MEASUREABLE: Professional development’s impact must be measured and evaluated strategically. / -Identify the change we expect to see in teacher and student performance as a result of professional development experiences (KUDOS)
-Identifies how presenter will track engagement track in PD / Manager: KUDOs areNOT revisited near/at the close of the presentation.Second statement, under “understand” needs rewording—“and” is used too many times. Under “do” remove “school-wide.” The “do” is what each teacher will have the capacity to do in his/her classroom, not school wide. That would be more for admin.
