FACTORY AUTHORIZED REBUILD PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Factory Authorized Rebuild Program is driven by a free all-points dealer inspection to be conducted by an authorized dealer representative. The intent of this sales campaign is to offer our customers an alternate solution during this economic crunch and it is designed to channel service repair work into the dealership. Each participating dealer is expected to pass along a 10% parts discount to the customer. To offset this discount, the dealer will receive an 8% discount off of the dealer net price. A net price of $10,000.00 is the minimum dollar amount required to qualify for this campaign.
All orders will ship complete with the longest lead time part dictating the estimated ship date for all of the items. Additionally, there will be no charge for the freight with the exception of sweeper hoppers, debris bodies and water tanks. Orders shall be serial number specific. We require the dealer to provide a copy of the all-points inspection sheet at the time of order placement or when requesting a quote. When placing the order, the dealers will have to begin their PO number with RB-XXXXXXXXXX. Orders may require CSR intervention.
FS Depot is offering the dealers either 60 day payment terms on these specific orders or a 1.5% payment-terms discount if they pay within 30 days. Dealer must be current on their account and not over their credit limit.
The customer will receive a full 1 year parts warranty, covering defects and workmanship according to the terms and conditions as presented in the guidelines of our present warranty policy. This will cover each genuine OEM component that was ordered and installed at the dealership as part of the "Factory Authorized Rebuild." To top off the deal, the customer will receive three free Vactor or Elgin hats.
