“Oneighty’s Area School Partnership” Facilities Use Application

We are pleased to announce Oneighty’s “AREA SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP.”
In conjunction with an Eli Lilly Grant, any middle school or high school in Delaware County may host a student gathering at Oneighty for a fraction of the cost!
Events must take place between June 2016 and December 2017, and be held between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Participating schools can bring a maximum of 250 people for up to 3 hours and benefit from the entire Oneighty experience for only $500, a savings of over $1500!

Important Details:
Non-refundable $250 deposit is due with this form to secure your event. Checks payable to “Union Chapel.”
The remaining $250 balance for the event is due the day of the event.
School will be responsible for stolen or damaged property during event.
Please allow a minimum of a 30-day notice in requesting events. Note: Our calendar fills up quickly.
School will be responsible for the supervisory responsibilities of students while at Oneighty. (Ratio of 1/15.)
