Wednesday/Thursday / QGCIO / Graduate team download lists of candidates from the Springboard system (PSC Queensland Government Graduate Portal).
Early August 2018 / QGCIO and recruitment partner / Meet with recruitment partner - once awarded via procurement - to discuss timelines, responsibilities and outcomes.
3 August 2018
Friday / QGCIO / Graduate team provide downloaded lists of candidates from springboard to recruitment partner.
6 August 2018
Monday / Recruitment partner / Recruitment partner contact eligible candidates and invite them for testing.
7– 21 August 2018

Candidates meeting the mandatory requirements and have performed well in testing will be invited for a video interview.

Lists will be separated into roles with 1st and 2nd preferences.

Monday / QGCIO and agency / Email to coordinators to confirm details of recruitment including accessing list of candidates from the recruitment system and responsibilities etc.

Tuesday / QGCIO and recruitment partner / QGCIO to send role lists with 1st and 2nd preferences to the nominated contacts. Testing result reports, application form, resume, qualifications, and video interview open to agency coordinators on the Revelian recruitment system.
3 Sept – 19 October 2018
7 weeks / Agency / Seven (7) week recruitment turn around.
Agencies conduct recruitment processes – short listing, interviews, referee checking, selection reporting etc. QGCIO can assist wherever needed.
3 September 2018 / QGCIO / Start the procurement process for training and development providers for 2019 group – full process out to market.
September – October 2018 / QGCIO and Agency / QGCIO to forward template to agency for graduate, supervisor and mentors details.
To be returned to QGCIO asap.
Late-September 2018 / QGCIO / Book rooms for welcome and induction etc.
26 October 2018 / Agency / Final date for offers to graduates’.
26 October 2018 / Agency / Final date for agencies to inform QGCIO final list of successful graduates for the 2019 cohort.
1 November 2018 - onwards / QGCIO / Email to successful graduates to welcome them to the program and invite to coffee catch-up with Graduate Team in December.
