Specifications
(3) (a) The classes mentioned in subitem (2) shall comply with the quality
and food safety standards set out in Table1 of Annexure A.
(b) The number of scale per fruit shall not exceed the applicable limits set out in Table 3a of Annexure A.
(c) The number of mature seeds per fruit shall not exceed the applicable limits set out in Table 4 of Annexure A.

For FE1 (Jackson), the diameter requirements for oranges shall be used as set out in Table 3b of Annexure A.
(f) The minimum juice content for grapefruit shall be 40% and for pummelos (Shaddocks) be 35% (Oroblanco packed as grapefruit 35%).
(g) The minimum °Brix content for grapefruit shall be 7, 0°B (Oroblanco packed as grapefruit 9°B).
(h) The minimum ratio between sugar to acid content shall be as follows:
(i) Grapefruit 5,5:1;
(ii) Pummelos (Shaddocks) 9,0:1;
(iii) Oroblanco (Packed as Grapefruit) 9,0:1.
(i) The minimum °Brix content for Pummelos (Shaddocks) shall be 9,0°.
Unspecified defects
(4) For the purpose of this subitem "unspecified defects" means any quality factor which detrimentally affects the quality of the grapefruit or pummelos (Shaddocks) and which is not mentioned in Table1 or Table 2 of Annexure A.
