Unloading must be concluded before 9.30am ONLY in the area stated, away from the public. All tender vehicles will then be parked in a separate area away from the show area. Loading, away from the public after 4pm.
All exhibits must be covered by the appropriate type of insurance, as under the nationally agreed code of practice. Exhibits must be road traffic act insured, and covered by Public Liability insurance for the minimum of £2,000,000.
Only persons in possession of a current driving licence for the class of vehicle exhibit may drive.
*Vehicles must only move at walking pace. The exhibitor or his representative must ensure that no person be allowed to climb on the vehicles. * Vehicles may only carry the number of passengers they were originally designed for and these must be correctly seated.
No vehicles will be permitted in the rally areas after 9:45pm and are requested not to leave until 4pm.

The organiser, exhibitors and members of the public are required to follow codes of practice in respect of fire precautions, health, hygiene and safety etc. All persons must pay due regard to instructions from the stewards or other officials and should conduct themselves at all times in a proper manner, with no inconvenience to others.
No fire works or open fires are allowed anywhere on the site.No electricity will be provided.Please note: Any person caught stealing goods, or causing any problems to exhibitors/traders, or caught selling goods on the site without the organisers permission, will be removed from the site.
Safety rules for Exhibitors & Pedestrians.
DOGS must be kept on a lead at all times in all areas and any fouling must be cleared up immediately and disposed of appropriately.
CHILDREN: Please keep your children under supervision at all times, and keep them away from moving vehicles and behind any safety barriers where appropriate. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the site without giving a reason.
