All Exhibitors will display in the main Exhibition Hall which is in direct proximity to the great Conference Hall. The mingle evening and all coffee and refreshment breaks will take place in the midst of the Exhibition Hall. Exhibitors are welcome to take part in all the lectures.

All prices are excluding VAT and will be invoiced by our Convention Bureau Destination Öresund.

Businesses Delegates not included in your package below pay full conference fee which includes all activities such as Mingle evening, coffee and refreshments, lunches and Banquet dinner.Price: SEK 3500/per delegate. Please register under Anmälanon the websiteadministered by our Convention Bureau.

  • Opportunity without charge to arrange a breakfast seminar of 45 minutes, alternatively parallel seminars (room accommodating 70 people with standard AV equipment included), this will be announced in the program.
  • Exposure as main sponsor with logo on the Congress website.
  • Exposure as main sponsor with logo in the printed program
  • Full page in the printed program.
  • A page with company information in the congress bag.
  • Logo on slide before start of lectures.

Parallel business lectures

We offer the exhibitors to hold their own parallel workshops in smaller rooms that can accommodate up to 70 participants,or a larger room that can accommodate 250 people, both equipped with standard AV equipment. Pricing and number of rooms available for this will be announced later. These seminars will be announced in the program.

Hotels next to the arena will be offered:

1. Malmö Arena Hotel, (direct access): Single room SEK 889/night Double SEK 1023/night + VAT

2. Quality Hotel View: Opens January 2016 about 100m away from the Arena, prices are yet to be negotiated.
