Convention participation is limited to the Representative and their guests of the ski resort, Businesses and Services related to the Ski Industry and Businesses and services that would be of benefit to the Crescent Clubs. Booth and Lodging availability are on a “first come-first serve” basis.

PRICE FOR EACH EXHIBITOR BOOTH - $350 PER BOOTH

Price includes the Crescent Trade Show on Friday with one 8 x10 Booth with pipe, drape and skirt, 2 chairs, 1 waste receptacle, setup and dismantling, general cleaning and existing lighting. Price also includes Saturday lunch with the Crescent delegates, quarter page ad in the Convention Magazine, and a list of all Crescent Clubs, Presidents and Chairmen of the Trip Committee. (See the floor layout for booth configuration. Please notice the new configuration.)

Cancellation Fee: $100; Cancellation after March 31st Full Amount; Late Registration Fee $100

By applying for participation in this even, each applicant and any family members of the applicant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Crescent Ski Council, its directors, officers, activity coordinators, member, agents or contractors from any loss, injury, damage, cost or expense resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this event. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Crescent Ski Council.

By signing this document the resort or vendor acknowledges their legal obligation and agrees to pay all charges and fees on or before the indicated date. Failure to pay the indicated fees can result in being excluded from the Crescent Ski Council Trade Show and/or late charges being billed to your business/resort.
