SCHEDULE OF PRICES AND RATES

1.0GENERAL

1.1SUPPLIER shall quote all-inclusive prices as per specified format and in accordance with each specification Exhibit II TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.

1.2SUPPLIER’s prices for GOODS herein shall be all inclusive of all applicable taxes. However in the event that any materials and equipments are under tax exemption provision, the prices shall exclude such taxes.

1.3Price quoted shall be based on quantity specified herein below. COMPANY has the right to increase or decrease the quantity based on the quoted prices.

1.4Lump sum price quoted shall include but not be limited to project management, detailed design, procurement of materials, manufacturing, inspection and testing, reel lift rigging, reels rental for 2months FOB port of export basis, insurance during transit, overhead and profits and delivery as per the described delivery term. COMPANY shall not entertain any costs not specified herein in this EXHIBIT III.

2.0PAYMENT

2.1The CONTRACT currency is RMor US Dollars. Prices quoted in any other currency shall be subject to Article 11 Invoicing and Payment of the PURCHASE ORDER terms and conditions.

2.2Payments under the terms of the Purchase Order shall be made in accordance to the instruction in EXHIBIT IV titled "ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES".

2.3SUPPLIER may propose the progress payment under the Purchase Order.

3.0COMMISSIONING / START-UP SPARE PARTS

The supplier will be required to provide the commissioning / start-up spare parts and repair kits as per Table 2. Bidder shall list down the proposed spare parts and expand table 2 as necessary for COMPANY review and evaluation.

4.02 -YEARS OPERATION SPARE PARTS

Not Applicable

5.0TRAINING

The supplier will be required to provide training for COMPANY personnel for flexible flowlines and risers Integrity Management and Inspection including training course manuals and materials. The venue in Malaysia will be provided by COMPANY.

Supplier shall quote the rate per session assuming 5days per session is required.

6.0SERVICE RATES

SUPPLIER's service rates shall be as quoted in the Schedule of Service Rates and in accordance with the following conditions. Supplier to note that the rates shall include the necessary repair kits required offshore in case of any damage to the outer sheath during installation activities.

6.1Mobilisation and Demobilisation Cost

  • COMPANY shall compensate SUPPLIER the lump sum costs for Mobilisation and Demobilisation for each personnel furnished in accordance with the requirements. Tentatively two mobilization/demobilization will be required, and bidder is required to quote for lump sum per mobilization/demobilization
  • The lump sum Mobilisation and Demobilisation costs shall be all-inclusive including but not limited to airfare, transportation, accommodation, meals, salaries, insurances, all foreign and local taxes and duties, travel expenses, traveling time rate, administration expenses and other costs associated with Mobilisation and Demobilisation of SUPPLIER's Service Personnel from point of origin to work site.

6.2Daily Service Rate

  • Daily rates shall commence when the SUPPLIER's Service Personnel physically reports to the respective COMPANY’s Site Representative at designated work site and cease upon the personnel completing the agreed assignment at the same work site.
  • Daily rates shall be all-inclusive including but not limited to base salaries, burdens, overhead, profit, all taxes, special tools and kits, documentation and reports that COPMANY may require.
  • Daily rates shall be on 8 hours per day at onshore work location and twelve (12) hours for offshore work location (exclusive lunch break). Overtime must be authorised and approved by COMPANY’s Site Representative prior to commencement of such work.

6.3Standby Rates

  • Standby rates shall only be applicable for cases where SUPPLIER's service personnel is required by COMPANY to be on standby at the work site. The standby rate shall be as quoted in the Schedule of Service Rates table.

6.4Validity of Rates

  • The rates provided in the Schedule of Service Rates shall be valid for at least three (3) years from the bid closing date of the bidding exercise.

7RETENTION FOR FINAL VENDOR DATA AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE AT COMPANY'S SITE

COMPANY will exercise 5% retention for final vendor data submission.

8SCHEDULE OF PRICES AND RATES

  1. OFFSHORE INSTALLATION SUPPORT SERVICES

The supplier will be required to provide offshore installation support services(personnel and repair kits) to the offshore installation contractor.

The nominated offshore engineer / technician is required to witness the installation activities to ensure compliance to the installation procedures/manual and when necessary, repair the outer sheath in case of damage during installation.
