President's Opening Comments –Doug Savage:

- All members are encouraged to give ideas and suggestions throughout this meeting at the end of each topic presentation
2) Membership - Raquel Dowsling:
- new procedure - membership is void if incomplete and no response to Membership Coordinator's requests within 30 days
- reminder of $5 off incentive program for referrals
