Event Details:
Event Name: Northern Beaches Singles –NRS: Local Event
Saturday 9th April, 2016
Competition will begin from 9am – 6pm. Warm up court available from 7:30am.
Call Room – will be marked at the end of each competition court.
Event Venue: Knox Grammar School – Lawson Centre
7 Woodville Ave. Wahroonga, 2076
- Northern Beaches Singles is a Boccia Australia National Ranking System (NRS) Local event. This means that it is an “individual competition” with an emphasis on increasing entry level competition opportunities.
All athletes wishing to be eligible for the NRS need to be members of Boccia Australia and pay the “competitive athlete” level membership fee. Membership can only be completed via the Boccia Australia website: boccia.com.au
- No penalties will be awarded. Warning will be given instead. Experienced athletes can challenge themselves by adhering to all rules and ensuring they do not receive a warning.
- There is no onsite catering, but Wahroonga shops is 5 mins travel by car.

I, the undersigned hereby agree Boccia New South Wales or anybody or association in any way with the conduct or participation in the Northern Beaches Singles – on Saturday 9thApril , 2016 at Knox Grammar School (of which persons, bodies or associations are severally and jointly included in the term ("identified”) shall not be deemed responsible or liable in any way for injury, to me sustained in, arising from, or function of nature held during the period of competition, or prior to or subsequent thereto if anyway connected with directly or indirectly with the said competition and hereby identify the indemnified against any actions, suits, cause of actions, demands, and claims by me and hereby agree (so) that the indemnified may act as our agents in incurring such expenses as and/or doing whatsoever is reasonably necessary for the benefit of me in conjunction with or arising out of any such illness or mishap.

- Boccia Presentations
- General Community Promotions
- For the education and training of athletes and coaches
