Include a current official copy of your transcript, your class rank, and SAT and/or ACT scores. All grades must be converted to percentage of 100. No alphabetical grades will be considered.

PART E:

Include two letters of recommendation from non-relatives. One letter should be from an educator. The second should be from a person who is familiar with your rodeo experience.
