Include a current official copy of your transcript, your class rank, and SAT and/or ACT scores. All grades must be converted to percentage of 100. No alphabetical grades will be considered.
PART E:
Include two letters of recommendation from non-relatives. One letter should be from an educator. The second should be from a person who is familiar with your rodeo experience.

In your own words, describe why you feel you should be a recipient of the Region IV THSRA Scholarship, the course of study or major field you plan to follow, your proposed occupation or profession, and the benefits you have received from rodeo, especially Texas High School Rodeo Association.
