ZNAMENSKY MEMORIAL – 2013

REGULATIONS

  1. General information

This meeting is included into the European Athletics Calendar – 2013 in the category Classic Meetings.

The meeting is held according to the IAAF Competition Rules2012-2013.

2. Program of the Meeting:

  1. Competition information

The meeting will take place on the 30th of June, 2013 at the “Meteor” stadium in the town of Zhukovsky (Moscow region). The Opening ceremony is at 16.30.

Training at the competition stadium

The competition stadium will be available for training

on 29thJune at 16:00 – 18:00.

Heightsprogression:

Pole Vault (women):

380 - 400 - 420 - 430 – 440 – 450 - 455 and further on 5cm.

Track events

All track events will be held as final heats.

Field events

In all field events (except Pole Vault)there will be 4 trials for all athletes with no change in competing order.

  1. Technical Meeting

The technical meeting will take place on Friday29th June at 18:00 in the Press centre of the “Meteor” stadium.

  1. Warm-up before the competitions

For the warm-up athletes can use the indoor part (stadium) of the “Meteor” stadium. The athletes are allowed to use the necessary equipment and implements.

  1. Call Room

The Call room is situated in the indoor part (stadium) of the “Meteor” stadium.

Final Call Room timetable will be available on information boards at the stadium.

7. Protests

All the protests should be made according to the IAAF Competition Rules-2012-2013 (Rules119 and 146). In case the athlete disagrees with the Judges’ decision he/she can protest to the Referee of the event. In case of disagreement with the Referee’s decision the protest can be made to the Jury of Appeal in written form within 30 minutes after the Referee’s decision. The protest should be accompanied by the money deposit of 100US $ or the equivalent in rubles.

8. Anti-Doping control

Anti-Doping control will be held according to the IAAF Procedural Guidelines for Doping Control and IAAF Competition Rules 2012-2013.

In all international events the prize money is paid according to the predetermined system.
