Eurest Retail Survey

Step 1: You have all been setup with logons to the Eurest Retail Survey site (point at the link below, right click, and select “Open Hyperlink”, then the Web Page will pops up).

IMPORTANT: Trouble Shooting

If you are having problems accessing the online Retail Survey, this suggests that your client’s network has installed a firewall to this link. Please contact your client’s IT department to request temporary access to this site. If you are unable to gain access through the client network, please try another outside computer.

Note: **Before login, please verify your unit is listed in the Required Unitlist. If your unit is not listed, you are not required to take the survey**

The login for each siteis the unit# (profit center/cost center/operational #) and the initial password is the unit # with .1 appended. For example, for cost center 1234, the logon is 1234and the initial password is 1234.1

Step 2: Click on Eurest Survey FY15, then a new screen will show see below; click on “Survey Data Entry”.

Step 3: A new screen shown as below, you can start to fill out the questions. Any question that assigned with “*” is a required field, you will not able to move on next page until you fill in all the required questions. Once this page is done, you can continue to next page, click on “Next”

**Reminder: If you can’t finish the survey in same session, you can come back later to continue (the page is automatically saved, there is no “Save” button for this). But, you have to finish all the “*” questions that on the same page, before you can exit.

Step 4: At the last panel of the form “Competitor List”, is for you to collect the market basket information nearby your unit.

You can go back to “Main Screen” by click on “Return to Menu”.

Step 5: You can go back to Main Screen; then click on “Competitor Pricing Form” to print out the form to use to collect and fill in market basket info.

Step 6: You can select “Overall Form” to print all stations

Step 7: Your Retail Survey is completed once you filled out all the questions. You don’t have to submit (there is not submit button). Once you saved the data, we can pull it from the back end.
