Please Note: The completion and return of the questionnaire to the offices of Real Estate Law Firm constitutes an instruction on behalf of the parties to prepare a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement pursuant to the terms set forth herein. The parties understand and acknowledge that the preparation fee specified herein is earned upon completion of the subject Agreement and not dependent on whether or not the Agreement is mutually executed or on whether or not the transaction closes.
Commitment by Seller: Upon receipt of earnest money payable to Closing Agent, the Seller agrees not to enter into another agreement for the sale of the Property prior to the preparation and presentation of the subject Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement or the termination of this Letter of Intent.
