Describe your project idea under the headings below. We recommended brief responses, but expand the spaces as necessary.

PART 2: PROJECT IDEA

WHAT?
Provide a short summary of the project, including its main aims, project target group(s) and main outputs/products:
WHY?
1.What are the needs addressed by the project? How were they identified? What analyses have you and partners undertaken in respect of the project needs?
2. Is the project relevant to the needs of its target group and how?
3. What is innovative about this project? What is the added value of carrying it out?
4. Describe relevance of the project to Priorities and Objectives of Erasmus+ (see pages 107-110 of Erasmus+ Programme Guide for details on Priorities).
WHO?
1. List your Partners in Ireland and other participating countries (including both Programme and, where applicable, Partner countries).
2. Specify each Partner’s role in the project.
HOW?
1. Describe activities planned in the project.
  • Are you planning intellectual outputs as a part of your project? If so, describe them briefly.
  • Are you planning multiplier events? If so, describe them briefly.
  • Are you planning teaching/training/learning activities? If so, provide details.
  • Provide details on how you are planning to manage, evaluate and monitor your project.
  • How will the project be disseminated?
2. Describe the potential impact of your project (on target groups, project Partners).
  1. How will the project activities and outputs be sustained after project completion?

WHEN?
  1. Specify start and finish dates and duration of your project (24 or 36 months).
  2. Indicate the proposed start and finish dates of key activities e.g. availability of intellectual outputs, the design/development activities, dissemination activities, multiplier events, evaluation, piloting.
  3. If teaching/training/learning activities are planned, specify their duration and start and finish dates.

Specify the Erasmus+ grant you would like to request.
