Equipment Maintenance Agreement Provisions:

All Equipment sold automatically comes with a 1 year warranty starting the date of installation completion. During that period the product manufacturer provides parts and Improve Group provides unlimited service. If a 2-5 year Maintenance Agreement is purchased price given will include Preventative Maintenance during the 1st year and the extended services through years 2-5. The 1st year will be discounted since the parts/service is automatically included in the standard warranty.

What determines the price of a contract?

·  Mileage and Travel based on nearest office location.

·  Type of Equipment; MA/Powered Spacesaver, Rotomat, LeanLift

·  Size of Equipment (Quantity and lengths of carriages)

All Preventative Maintenance Contracts include:

·  Unlimited service calls.

·  Unlimited labor by factory trained technicians.

·  Lifetime training on the operation of the system.

·  Replacement parts stocked for emergencies.

·  Travel time and mileage.

Platinum Agreement Provisions:

·  Inspection performed twice a year. (Lubrication, calibration, replacement of worn parts, cleaning and adjustment of system)

·  Replacements of all parts due to normal wear (Power Packs not included).

·  Four (4) hour response time within a 60-mile radius of Albuquerque, Denver and El Paso.

Silver Agreement Provisions

·  Inspection performed once a year. (Lubrication, calibration, cleaning and adjustment of system)

·  Lifetime training on the operation of the system.

·  Six (6) hour response time within a 25-mile radius of Albuquerque, Denver, El Paso and Lubbock.

·  Replacement parts upon availability (All Kardex, Remstar Units fall under Silver Agreement due to availability of parts only)

By having a Maintenance Contract our team does just that, inspect and repair to keep the product in great working order. An added bonus is the team will be able to identify pain points that could develop into future opportunities. And lastly you as a Sales Rep get 15% of the Agreement price when sold with new product.
