Share Your OpinionsVia Annual Associate Partnership Survey

Penrose-St. Francis Health Services began its annual Associate Partnership Survey today, and we hope you’ll share your confidential opinions. The online survey will be conducted again by Press Ganey Associates via a confidential e-mail message to your Centura Health e-mail account. The e-mail contains a private link to the survey on the Press Ganey Web site.

The survey will be open from April 4-23. The first message will arrive in your Centura Health e-mail account today.

The survey includes two open-ended questions, and 47 questions for you to rate as strongly agree, tend to agree, tend to disagree, or strongly disagree. It will take only about 15 minutes to complete. Any associate who has had a recent change in leadership should consult their new leader regarding the “Direct Management” section of the survey, and how to proceed.

Our goal is to become a stronger team, and we encourage your honest, candid feedback about your work location. All associates can be completely confident that none of their private, confidential entries into the Press-Ganey survey will ever be available to any person within Centura Health.

The results do make a difference! As a result of associate survey responses in the past, many changes and improvements have taken place to make PSF an even better place to work. For example, last year’s survey results showed overwhelming feedback that we could be doing a better job of rewarding excellence. As a result, we initiated the Centura Associate Rewards for Excellence (C.A.R.E.) program that paid the first bonus to reward Penrose-St. Francis associates for meeting financial and patient satisfaction goals.

Also, we’re in the process of developing new opportunities for associate development, growth and enhancement. Your participation in this year’s survey will help guide our current efforts and create new strategies to meet your needs at work and allow you to reach your aspirations.

The reason for encouraging participation in the Press-Ganey Partnership Survey is simple: The accuracy of the ratings increases with the number of participants. We’re committed to responding to what associates need and want, so tell us by completing the survey.
