Heineken is a brewing company evolving in the CPG sector. It is multinational company with production facilities all around the world. Its 270 brands are sold in over 170 countries.

Project description:

Project Context:

  • The whole company (Heineken Worldwide) has started its digital transform. There is a strong focus from the management team (global & local) on this subject for the coming 3 years. Agility, new way of collaboration and integration within the company of new generations (called Z or Connected generation, borne after 1995) is a key success factor.

The issues:

  • How can we integrate Z generation, what can they bring to the company to foster agility, innovation & new ways off collaborations. What will be the impact on the organisation?

Expected results:

  • Define strategy to integrate Z generation in a CPG industry
  • Define what could be their input for introducing new ways of collaboration & agility
  • Define impact on the organisation
