  • R5000.00 cash, EFT or bank guaranteed cheque must be paid in order to obtain a buyers card. This amount is

refundable if no purchases are made. Deposits will only be refunded on completion of the sale.

  • The details the buyer completes on the buyers card will appear on the tax invoice if a unit is purchased. The buyer’s card must be filled in completely in the registration office. NO changes will be made to an invoice after the sale e.g. Buyer

name, VAT registration number

  • All purchases are to be paid for by close of business on day of Sale.
  • The standard conditions of the sale are stated on the buyer’s card signed. Please make yourself fully aware of allthese conditions.
  • Invoices for purchases will only be generated after the sale is complete.
  • Assets are not sold subject to finance being approved, please ensure that finance arrangements are made and are in

orderprior tobidding. If your bid is successful and finance cannot be obtained, the R5000.00 deposit will be forfeited without exception.

  • All rights of ownership in and to the assets sold shall vest in the Seller or the Auctioneers on behalf of the seller, until the Purchaser has affected payment in full.
  • Buyer’s commission will be charged at 10% +VAT.
  • Assets will not be released without the following documents:
  • ID copy
  • Proof of Residence
  • Company CK documents if purchasing for a company.
  • NO CARD FACILITIES ON-SITE.
  • All bids exclude VAT. 14% VAT will be charged on all goods. This will be added onto the hammer amount & generatedon the invoice.
  • A 2% CASH DEPOSIT FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
  • The auctioneer is not responsible for ANY error in description.
  • All lots are sold voetstoots, as is, with no warranty or guarantee. All information supplied is a statement of opinion and we cannot guarantee correctness about any lot sold. It is the buyer’s responsibility to familiarize himself/ herself with the lot he wishes to bid on PRIOR to the sale.
