This position will be responsible for working with clients and partners, building partner mindshare/capability, co-selling with partners, and ultimately driving net new bookings. The right candidate will be a highly-energetic person with passion and innate drive to excel at any task. As is typical with start-ups, this role goes beyond a traditional function – the person must have the ability to act independently in an unstructured environment, operate proactively and have a passion/appreciation for the vision and mission of the company. Performance Profile:
The ideal candidate is either a current top sales performer with sharp and energetic sales skills who consistently exceeds quota, or someone new to sales whose energy, drive to succeed, and communication skills will propel them to success.
Manage a portfolio of enterprise end user leads generated through prospecting calls and marketing sources.
Generate revenue and bookings for software licenses, support contracts and integration services sufficient to meet or exceed annual targets.
Develop and execute account strategies to maximize win rate
Manage complex, multiple influence sales opportunities ensuring buy-in from all customers’ stake holders.
Work with our technical resources to effectively position enterprise solutions to customers’ technical evaluation teams.
Coordinate the development of comprehensive proposals in response to customer RFIs and RFPs.
Document and track all activity through web-based Salesforce automation tools including detailed activity reports, setting tasks for follow-up, lead tracking and probability statistics.
Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the market in which we compete and potential impacts of new and competing technologies.
Provide support to cross-functional teams as needed (networking events, tradeshows, demonstrations and sales calls).
Communicate with colleagues, management, customers, vendors and others in a courteous professional manner

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience.
Minimum of 5-10 years enterprise solution selling experience
(software and services).
Experience defining end user solutions with clear value propositions that provide tangible ROI to their business and technical problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to sell to top-level executives in G1000 customer environments.
Must be highly motivated, possess positive attitude and have excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of computer networking, security and file transfer technology and market are highly desirable.
Must be able to deliver an effective and compelling value proposition for our solutions and services
Must be self-driven, motivated and results-oriented
Must possess effective organization and time management skills; must be able prioritize and manage competing demands
Must be able to work both independently as well as in a team environment
