International Students: Visit for information regarding
“new international student information” as soon as possible. If you are in the USA, use this
form to transfer your I-20.
Please download and complete theStudent ContactInformation formand theFilePermission Form
by June 1. This will assist yourDBBS Program Coordinatoras they prepare for your arrival.
Submit your Final Transcript(s) by June 30: Arrange for your final transcript with proof of degree
to be sent to Patrice Foyin the Division of Biology & Biomedical Sciences.
Set-Up WUSTL Key & Email account: You will receive an email from the Graduate School of Arts and
Sciences with this information. Email your DBBS Program Coordinatorwith your WUSTL email
address.
Student Health/Immunizations: Visit
for instructions. Using your WUSTL Key, you will be able to upload your health records, the deadline to complete is July 15th. After July 15th, you will be charged $95.
Student Registration in Webstac:Visit to register.
Your DBBS Program Coordinatorwill send you an email with instructions.
Complete U-Pass Registration: Visit
for the U-Pass a day or two after you have registered for the Fall Semester. To ride the MetroLink
youmusthave your WU Student ID and Metro U-Pass.
Compliancy Training: Online HIPAA, Lab Safety, and Percss (Program for Ethical Conduct of Science
& Scholarship).You will receive an e-mail from DBBS-Student Finance containing instructions on how to complete these mandatory compliancy modules.
Visit Your Program Coordinator, 4th Floor Becker Medical Library for check-in and for ID Badge
by August 17:Set up an appointment with your DBBS Program Coordinatorto obtainauthorization for an ID Card. All Washington University students should carry their WU Student ID Card whenever they are on campus. The ID gives you access to buildings on the Medical Campus and select Danforth campus buildings, or using the campus shuttle.
Stipend:To ensure that you receive your first stipend paycheck, make certain to check in with a
DBBS Finance Coordinatorto complete the required payroll documentsas soon as you arrive. Documents must be completed no later than the following dates: June 8, July 13, August 10.
Orientation: Starts 8:45AM, August 20th.
Rotation: Set up your 1st rotation and complete theResearch Rotation Formand give to your
program coordinator.
