Individual Registration
This guide to online registrations is for individuals that Referee, Officiate or Coach and register with their Area Association.

Click the Sign In button under the Individual heading.

You will need your email address and password. If you have not signed in before and we have your
email address already you can request your Sign In details to obtain your password.

Enter your email and click Request Sign In Details.

Once you have requested your Sign In details you will receive an email with your password.
If you haven’t previously provided us with your email address please contact either your registrar or
England Basketball so we can add your email address to your account. You will then be able to Sign In.

Once Signed In you will see your home page. Here you can check, edit your details and register for the season.

To register for the season please read the instruction under the Registrations heading then click the View button.

To register please click the New Registration Form Button

To help us register you we may need to ask a couple of questions.
If you are a member of a club please select it from the list of clubs in the drop down box then click Next.
If you are not part of any club please click Next.

If you have selected a club you will not be shown the next question.
Please select your area association from the drop down list. IMPORTANT - Please ensure you choose the correct area so that your registration form ends up with the correct area registrar. Contact England Basketball if you are unsure of your area. Click Next to proceed.

Below is your registration form. Please read the instructions on the page and then Click Add Member Registration to register.

The Registration pop up will appear and you can check, add or amend your details.
Click Next to continue.

In Section 1 tick the activities you will be doing this season, then in Section 2 select your appropriate fee for your age.
(NOTE: This is YOUR AGE not the people you are coaching or officiating or playing at.)
Finally if you wish to take out the additional Top Up insurance you can add it in section 3. Click Next to proceed.

Your registrations have now been added to the form to view the form click View Registration Form.

You can now check your registration form. If the registrations are correct, click Submit and your registration will be sent to your registrar. If the registrations are incorrect you can click the small blue x and go through the registration process again.


Once you click submit your registrar will be notified of your registration.
To pay for your registration click the Pay Now button and the payment instructions for your association will be shown.

Once your registrar receives payment they will provide you with your membership number and
post out your membership card.
