Update to ACE Client Portal- Order Entry

Effective March 1, 2018

Enter the below address into your internet screen:

Top tool bar, click on the New Order tab

Click Express Mode- this will auto-fill your information that is saved on your profile. If any items are missing for the required fields you will then need to fill out those spaces to complete the orders.

(*) are fields that are mandatory and will need to be filled out for the order to be complete.

You would then need to fill out the required fields for your pickup and delivery information

When you scroll down there will be a shipment information section

The REF field should be filled out and will not need adjustment

Service and Vehicle type: are already auto-filled as well and will not need adjustment.

Pick Up Target: From will be the day that you are placing the order, space then the time that the package will be available

Example: 2/14/2018 05:00

Pick Up Target: To will be the day that you are placing the order, space then the time that the package will be available (same as Pick Up Target From)

Example: 2/14/2018 05:00

Deliver Target From: will be the delivery date to your deliver location then space bar, time. (Most online orders are for the next day) So you can use the next day’s date for the delivery day and time you would need it delivered by.

To add packages: Click “Add/Edit Packages” this will prompt a window. You will then need to click on the type of package you are adding. This will drop a window down and then you will add the amount of packages that you have for pick up in the “set” field. You then can add the barcode number under the Reference #1 field (one barcode per reference field). Click “Submit Changes.” This will bring you back to the previous screen.

Click continue- this should prompt you to your order number and to review the information that was just entered.

When you have reviewed the order and everything is correct you will need to click submit order in the top right hand corner.

This will then prompt a window and ask if you have any more orders you would like to submit. You can click either yes or no depending on what you need.

Your order is now complete and this will prompt you to print a label if need be and provide you with a tracking number.
