Format of Innovations Sites Exchange (poster presentations):

All Sites are asked to ensure their poster is up and ready for 10am. If we are printing on your behalf we will ensure they are put up.

Session 1 1015 - 1100

These sites presenting during the first session (see agenda) will need to ensure at least 2 members of the MDT are available to talk roving delegates and members of the expert panel through their work and progress to date as they arrive during the first 45 minute session. This will be through informal discussions and demonstration of your work and progress through the posters.

Sites nominated to present in the second session will roam through the market place and look at the presentations of the other innovation sites.

Session 2 1115 – 1200

As above but those sites listed for the second set of poster presentations ( see agenda) need to ensure they have 2 members of the MDT available to present and talk through their posters.

Group work will follow this session based on the feedback you have gained or learning from others.
