Energy Resources Project

This project has four (4) components to it.

1st – ESSAY requires a minimum of 4 paragraphs – 2 full pages

  • First paragraphIntroduction including a definition of selected
    energy resource and examples.
  • Second paragraphExplain how your energy resource works and how humans use it.
  • Third paragraphExplain the advantages/disadvantages of selected energy resource.
  • Final paragraph Conclusion explaining your opinion on usefulness of resource
    in daily life,should resource be used more or less?

You should use: Times New Roman, 12pt font. Double space and 1 inch margins.

** Essay MUST be proofread by peer, must be signed by peer reader.

2nd – POWERPOINT 6-10 slides – include pictures/diagrams if appropriate.

Be consistent with font, style

  • 1st slide introduction
  • 2nd-4th slideinfo from 2nd paragraph *can have 1-2 additional slides
  • 5th -6th slideinfo from 3rd paragraph * can add 1-2 additional slides
  • 7th slideconclusion

Text on slides should be no smaller than 20pt font.

3rd – PRESENTATION4 minute presentation of PowerPoint

DO NOT JUST READ SLIDES,

  • Use additional information from essay which explains energy resource g
  • Detail whether energy resource is renewable or non-renewable (explain term)

4th – WORKS CITED
