End User Maintenance
1.) Click on - Provider Services
2.) Click on - Security Officer
3.) Click on - Add New User
· User has to click on “I Accept”
· New user email address (Information will be sent to this address) - Enter in e-mail address of “New User”
· Please select the provider type. - “this is a drop down arrow”
· Under Select Primary/Secondary Groups - place check mark in respective boxes. (This will provide access to all affiliated providers under the profile if more than one exists etc…)
· Click on Submit
This will generate a e-mail to the new end user to register. The new user must follow the instructions of the “Community Care Online Registration”. This will allow the new user to create an end user logon/user id. If the new user has taken the e-learning course and has received a passing grade please contact Bill Simmons via e-mail at:
