Cube: Encounters

Information Included:

All outpatient visits at each facility in the VISN. The visits included are direct outpatient and clinic visits, as well as inpatient encounters with providers of care. Date range for the cube is October 2007 thru February 2010. Information was obtained from Workload table in the data warehouse, which corresponds to file 9000010 (Visit) in VISTA.

Information Excluded:

Any patient whose last name begins with ‘ZZ’.

Any patient with the first or last name of ‘TEST’.
